HOW DOES IT WORK PRACTICALLY?

We start with a conversation about your organisation’s needs; then co-design a program that fits your context. A few questions help shape the sessions:

Will the program take place face-to-face, online, or a combination?
Will the sessions be scheduled at regular intervals, or compressed in one period?
Would you like to integrate individualised coaching sessions for each participant for more integration?
